Description
  1. Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  2. Error free entry of data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
  3. Check the data to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been entered.
  4. Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
  5. Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
  6. Responding to information requests from authorised members.
  7. Responsible for assisting and supporting day to day activities.
  8. Responsible for handling documentation of department.
  9. Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
  10. Performing duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.
Experience

2 - 5 Years

Qualifications

Any Graduate

Skill Sets Required
  1. Basic Computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Excel.
  2. English Typing skills with 30-50WPM in MS Excel with more than 90% accuracy .
  3. An ability to work fast with accuracy and complete within deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Awareness of confidentiality issues.
  6. Well organized with attention to details.
  7. Listening skills.
  8. Polite & courteous manners.
